As it turns out, I also spent 11 years of my career at DEC, but I'll try to not let that color my opinion. ;^) I agree with what you say, I just wanted to comment that AutoCAD was probably never the way to achieve it. The AutoCAD customer base has historically favored DOS and Windows overwhelmingly, for reasons that are probably arguable. Customers have essentially rejected all the other AutoCAD platforms as well, so I don't think DEC should take it personally. Regards, Al
