There was no such 'implication' except inside your IMAGINATION. It was just a straight-forward public opinion poll. It asked members of the public what their OPINIONS were about the recent court ruling. That's all. To ASSUME that (because of the public's strong disapproval of the ruling) that that "implies" that the very CONSTITUTION must be "overturned" is just laughable. (I mean, geeze guy... do you think that --- during the preceding 90 odd years or so when the three just over-turned court precedents were still in effect --- that the public's "opinions" at various times, whatever the heck they were, "implied" that the CONSTITUTION "should be overturned"?????? I mean... that doesn't make a LICK of sense!)
