mish : Are you saying capital has never played the role of the bully ?

An economy needs both Capital and Labor . It must be by mutual cooperation to work sensibly .

When it becomes dysfunctional either one or both sides have lost sight of reality and rolling in the mud of an adversarial relationship .

All we have to do is find one situation where union and management work together for the common good and copy ? Any one have a sample ?

An anti-union agenda, with an apology for corrupt and incompetent management.
