Very cool video!! And it makes a lot of sense from the operations management perspective to have suppliers building "just in time" right along the primary assembly line.

So what's the beef with UAW not wanting suppliers on the assembly line floor?

You will find many sites in North America where union and non-union contractors work together. It is by no means unusual.
