I could be wrong (I hope not!) but perhaps those are pre-reverse split
numbers?

Seem to be holding steady if not creeping up, waiting for Monday!

Yes. There are some convertibles out there and with the low outstandings, it always a concern.

My thoughts right now is that KRAN is still not a comfortable price to make any public offerings without effecting the price adversely.

But they will issue more shares. Its just a matter of when and how much they dilute.

Remember, they diluted all the way down to .50 before the reverse split to raise dollars. That was a bad move for shareholders but they needed the cash so they would not go out of business ... Steve
