Taxi--You know my feelings about that whole mess. I am glad you appreciated the idea of what not to kick. I agree you are bigger than that and valued here. I appreciate the info on USADE. I will hold for a bit, and dump. I don't care to hold too long. They announce that they have financing and I will have to eat this one at too high a level. I think 9 does look better. There are a lot of companys I don't like, I can easily add Proctor and Gambel to the list. Lee has a few he is not fond of too, ask him about EGRP sometime. All the Best Druss
