"Tort reform," Potentially a useful (albeit small dollar-wise) piece of any set of comprehensive reforms, but one that also should have reforms implemented by the AMA and the insurance industry to achieve maximal possible benefits. "interstate competition," (What's wrong with "international" competition?) "pharma reform." I don't recall reading about any supposed reforms of Big Pharma contained in any of the various GOP proposals. (Perhaps you can refresh my memory about that and point some specifics out?)
