Here is her e-mail address: LisaB@blbglaw.com
You can go to message #723, click on her name and get her profile (the law firm name, etc). But IMHO, this kind of class action law suit does not do much good for small investors. It only means millions of dollars for lawyers. You are lucky if you can get $30-50 settlement after 6-12 months, if not longer. Small players are crushed in either way. Of course, the law suit may make you feel better pshchologically.
Good luck.

Patrick,

I bet E-Trade pulled the post on Silicon, Lisa's # is 212-554-1463

I talked with her for over 25 minutes, I said it was so sad to see everyone loosing the $ they made their whole lives and that even the lawyers will be the only one to benefit from all of this. It is too bad we have the government, the SEC and the NASD on their sides, I worked with all of them last year when I lost 30K and none of them did anything about it.

E-Trade is going to be sued in the very near future (I.M.O.) That's from the grapevine and it is very accurate as far as I can tell, it's just many of you may never see the actual cost you lost and the lawyers will get all the money.

E-Trade changed their customer agreement after I signed it, I was told that there was something to that in itself, still working on some things regarding the whole story.

I expect to see some major developements very soon on this all.
Someone or all of us need to do something, this is grand theft and should not be governed according to customer agreements and arbitration clauses. It is flat out lying!

E-Trade deceives, lies, cheats, steals and breached fiduciary duties to it's members and investors, imagine if the banks got away with this, how is it legal?

SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!

Contact me if you have any questions
buylow@usa.net or leave a VoiceMail if you have any info to give me 800-610-7127

Good luck to all of us!

This should ALL be taken as an opinion since E-Trade threatnes to sue me for letting you know about my case in particular
