Sure looks like bad news to me. Since when did negotiations stop? Sure appreciate the company telling someone that happened. Looks like whatever negotiations were in progress (when they were forced to issue previous press release) didn't pan out. Is that why Woody hit the road? Looks like the whole negotiations process is going to have to start again. To bad for those of us who were looking for good news in November. I'd post this on the Bull Thread (AOL) but am sure they will find some positives in all this and will accuse me of short selling. The news on the two new employees looks like a poor attempt at minimizing the bad news. I sold my 6500 shares immediately. I am only surprised the stock hasn't gone down faster since the release. Your insights?
