Thanks, scion. The SEC response shouldn't take long. In this instance, I imagine the motion to file in camera means "ex parte", also. I'd guess the SEC will oppose the motion although it will probably be granted. I'd further speculate that Rivera's attorneys are asking to withdraw because he hasn't provided anything they've ask of him in order to provide a defense. If a rhino can't "walk" backwards, it sure can "gallop". <g>
