9-11 essentially closed down the Washington area for musicians------combos were let go and only the pianists were kept if the hotel or restaurant had enough patrons. Yes, I cancelled an outdoor art show and music event for teenagers because of the sniper--------we were all afraid that they might be shot. And, the Anthrax---------postal workers in D.C. went on Cipro to deal with Anthrax whether or not they had gotten contaminated----gloves were worn to open mail if you lived in the P.O. zip for Brentwood (think I got the p.o. right. And, what was it that Obama said about 9/11----------as I recall it was as though we in America had caused that attack. Does anyone have those exact words of Obama at that time? mj
