I've always been puzzled by that too, the hierarchy of powerful beings in Christianity, the angels, arch angels, demons and Devils. They just seem like multiple Gods to me with different powers. Why does the Lord decree - "Thou shalt hold no other Gods before me"?, if he's the only one?

Is it really THAT different from the Roman or Greek pantheon, where Zeus was top God? Or Hinduism, where there are thousands of gods, that are simply aspects of the One God.

Christians, got an answer? Just one of the charming contradictions of your system of superstitions?

No.

Created beings wouldn't be gods.
