Good to hear other opinions. Stock hasn't suffered too much since the announcement; the damage appeared to have been done prior to the announcement. I like the company; I just don't like the timing of the announcement and the stock movement just prior to the announcement, which suggested to me that everyone knew about the secondary and got out. On the other hand, stock prices often seem to move up just prior to the secondary (those offering the secondary pushing up the price to get a better offering price), so that may be a good time to take some profits.
