Portuguese left 35 years ago. Note that all independencies happened during Cold War. There were 2 possibilities: you choose a side and got paid for good behavior or be let to die. Now it is time to make the wrong right. Without Cold War countries do not have to chose sides. Don't you find a coincidence that all dictatorships had their appex during Cold War? How comes Cold War gone = democratic countries? We know who was behind, don't worry, we know. Now time to catch up. There is a lot to do...
