Tue 4 Nov 97 Correction AGC Americas Gold Corp AGA Shares issued 12,055,417 Nov 3 close $0.75 Further to news of November 4 1997, the private placement should have read as follows: The company has negotiated a private placement in the amount of 200,000 units at $0.58. Each unit consists of one share and one warrant. The warrants have an exercise term of two years. One warrant and $0.58 will entitle the placee to acquire an additional share during the first year and one warrant and $0.67 will entitle the placee to acquire an additional share during the second year.
