KJ, There are some new faces on the Jets, but basically they are the same team that Kottite (sp?) had. The difference is in coaching period. Parcell's had the Patriots in the Super Bowl last season, now they are 5-4 and sinking fast. To highlight the coaching magic even more look at the Jets who were a horrific 1-15 last season and are now 6-3.

There are many players left over from thr reign of Richard the Rotten. Tuna imported a couple of old reliables, but basically a lot of the team is intact. The Off is the same with the addition of Leon Johnson, while the D added Otis (Toast) Smith from NE, and Faurrot from the draft. The key is special teams. Last year Ken Rose was the special team coach. I believe that this was the first coaching job at ANY level. I t showed!!!
The 97 Jets are a testimaent to discipline and conditioning, two concepts that do not exist in Kotites world. I still don't think that they make the playoffs, because the talent is still lacking, and they are always on the edge. Still, compared to the alst several years, this year has been fantastic.
