The lesson in centennial technology led that stock from 2 to 14 in about 2 days, then halted, then it opened at 2ish again. What a nightmare that was...but that was real hard core fraud. I personally have a tough time distinquishing between the two except that one was intentional and one wasn't, but then who knows.
