But, I suppose that comes down to one's personal definition for what the "significant" means. The few national comparison studies that I have read about seem to (generally) place the possible results into the 'low-to-mid-single-digits range'... some claiming to notice a statistical reduction in costs in the 3-4-5-7% range... Ot even 'no noticeable cost reduction'. Of course, I expect that --- since no State's tort rules are exactly the same as another's --- that results should be expected to vary, and would (obviously) be dependent upon the details. But, even if of some modest benefit to costs, probably no 'magic bullet'.

Palin's family has federally funded health care afforded to them...but if you had it Barack Obama might kill you. Put this on the list of Palin's Greatest Hypocritical Hits...volume 97.
