Also notice that no analysts have downgraded ACTM after such a dreadful
blowout quarter (in a bad sense). They must know something the sellers
have no notice ;) I have 1K in it, and I think it will be back to 20s
by January earning period. Any comments? :)

Patrick -

I hope you are right on ACTM. I do think, as I have said, that mgmt is honest. However, I no longer hold them in high esteem. In particular,
having been in mgmt in a very volatile business, I view a mgmt that is "shocked" by a turn of events as one that is hard to love. It is absolutely a job requirement of mgmt to manage the business so that their are no surprises (as distinguished from no problems, which
always come up from time to time).

Hopefully, this will turn out to be a short term learning experience for them. They managed the shut down of ChipCom orders very well a couple of years ago, so they will probably be up to the task here, having been thru it before. Furthermore, corporations are dynamic. Even mediocre mgmt can learn from their mistakes and be much better in the future, or add or replace key players as needed.

(OFF TOPIC - By the way, I love this mgmt compared to CCUR, which I regard as unethical. I had a family member who sold 2 months after the end of the great quarter which was preannounced to be horrible. As you know they never corrected the false information. I also put my money where my mouth is and sold a very large position after that announcement, at a poor price.)
