re TOO, hmm, barely any tangible equity for a tanker company? Seems odd, they do not seem to have liquidity issues. Most tankers seems to have credit covenants related to the NAV of their tankers, TOO seems to be in a different boat <g>.

" Aug 17 (Reuters) - Teekay Offshore Partners L.P. (TOO.N) priced its public offering of 5.25 million common units at a 4.5 percent discount to the stock's Monday close, sending its units down as much as 6 percent.
Teekay Offshore, whose tankers are used to transport oil from offshore fields to onshore processing facilities, said it priced its offering of common units, representing limited partner interests, at $22.15 per unit."
