Rhetorical question, right? (I mean... THAT was why you shifted so completely from the topic of Financial Services reform and over to Health Care... because you really wanted to toss a rhetorical question about the different topic into the works like a 'spanner'... perhaps because you didn't have anything to say about the original topic, Financial Services reform, or about the LARGE MAJORITIES among even these highly sophisticated and industry-knowledgeable Chartered Financial Analysts who are in favor of reasonable restrictions on the big financial institutions to try to keep them from gambling yet again with the taxpayer's insured deposits.) That was 'why' the off-topic rhetorical question, right?
