I keep reading complaints about the mix-up between MUEI and MU. In reality, there is no mix-up. MUEI makes computers, but they are also exposed to DRAMs through SpecTek . If anybody has doubts about the correlation between MU and MUEI prices, just take a look at the charts. Hope I am wrong since I am long MUEI, but I doubt we'll see any dramatic improvement short term. Everybody on the thread concentrates on their main product (PCs), but DRAMs are not the hottest commodity at the moment and this may dampen the quarter results. Once the DRAM glut subsides, we may see a real upside movement in MUEI. Semi industry forecasts an improvement in sales volumes next year.
