Gorbachev was responsibly for reforming the Soviet Union than Reagan was. And rightfully so.

I've heard it was Krushchev that was responsible for pulling nuclear missiles from Cuba, but our impressions have changed as we've gone further and further away from that time because there's been such an unprecedented effort to deify JFK.
