Well, those are the hard choices. Look, we can make all the excuses in the world for Dems to not vote as a block. But that is why Dems are so ineffective. If Dems are serious about being effective legislators and getting something done, then they will have to get tough with their members. It works for the GOP and it can work for the Dems. Or the Dems can throw up their hands a play victim and they'll get thrown out of office in Nov'10. It's their choice.
