Calm seas my a$$! We are coming out the tail end of a quiet period right now. Things are going to start getting interesting soon as the next round of ARM's start resetting and the homeowners don't qualify for any kind of refinancing. Thanks to Bernanke and Geithner this is going to take years to unwind. They may have avoided banks collapsing under the weight of management incompetence but in it's place they created a decade of pain and suffering for everyone else.
