"After all, why would Apple purge these adult-themed apps?" Why not! Most of them were crap and not even what I would consider an app. People who want their fill of such media can find hundreds of web sites that cater to such interest. Btw, nothing is stopping people from uploading whatever porn photos they want onto their devices.

Is this guy serious or is this a spoof? The evil Apple taking over the world with the dastardly Steve Jobs ("unless he has, actually died" says the author!) at the helm taking over not only music but now publishing with the advent of the iPad. Instead of accentuating the positive, this is one negative, neurotic and paranoid sounding piece. If this is serious, the guy is certainly one gigantic arsehole (Allen, please note, I am not attacking anyone on THIS thread!). Jef
