>>Geez smokers are bad but everybody driving alone in their cars polluting or dumping tons of toxic waste into landfills is ok?

I have a mother and I for one don't need somebody to tell me what is or isn't ok. I don't need the Government or some indignant person telling me that my behavior is a violation of their right to do the opposite.<<

I don't recall saying anything about dumping toxic waste into landfills being ok.

Anyway, I know you have a mother, but mine is deceased, so I need the Government to tell me how to behave. ;-)

If I ask a smoker to stop polluting the air I'm breathing, I'm not asserting my right to do the opposite of what he is doing. I'm asserting my right to breathe. If I were to stand around waving a stick of strong incense in people's faces, I'm pretty sure they'd ask me to stop.

This is just a matter of basic consideration. Like not talking in theaters. People sometimes have to ask each other not to do inconsiderate things.

Apple deciding not to sell crap apps is not the issue as they state clearly their stance on porn. My problem is they make the choice what to or not to sell and there are still plenty of totally crap apps in the store.

I wonder if this would even be an issue if Apple had banned the porn apps from the beginning. I think the problem is that Apple allowed them for quite awhile, then suddenly decided they weren't OK.
