Just as many GM workers fail to understand why we're importing parts from China, when the end product, the car, isn't permitted to be sold in China at a competitive price.
Actually that was a beef that the unions had up here.. We had some of the highest (if not the highest) automotive plants in the world despite high pay.. but Asian markets were closed.. I think Japan also..

This comes down though IMO to what I mentioned a ways back.. Folks need to vote with their wallets.. Things ONLY get done when folks have resolve.. As long as folks want cheap first.. nothing is likely to change... That is how people rule, instead of the current situation (sham) where we are allowing ourselves to be ruled.. :o(

We can blame 'others' all we want.. The culprit is that stranger looking back from the mirror.. :O)
