You can use the select tool to just copy the text then paste it here. Works reasonably well if the document is all text or mostly text and not divided into a lot of columns.

If the whole pdf file fits in one screen you can do a screen capture and post it to any photo site than hotlink it to SI. If the pdf is more than a screenful you'd have to chop it up into several images then post each one.
