"Unreal" published by GTIS (developed by Epic) is going to be delayed until next quarter. Quake2 will be unopposed this Christmas season.

Tom, i feel like a traitor:-(, i went to Best Buy, CompUSA,and
Computer City. Every store had piles of Riven going for 39.00 bucks.
Best Buy had a flyer this weekend for 29.00 bucks, i bought the
game, walked over to Computer City to get the 20 dollar rebate
form and walked out with Riven for $19.00 bucks. The cheapest i
could find ZGI was for $44.99 at Computer City. There were no
huge displays for the game like when Zork Nemesis was released.
I guess all the floor space is reserved for Riven,Borderbund
is cramming Riven down everybodys throats. Will they see much
profit at firesale prices?.
ZGI is getting great reviews,Riven is getting mixed reviews and
is very buggy.Hopefully folks won't fall for the Riven hype, I've
played a few hours of it and would rate it a 7. It's just what
the title says Myst 2.
I'll end up with ZGI next week, a friend wants to trade my Riven
for it.
