Jim; Unions point to management. Management points at labor. Yes, I agree. But you have to start at the top. Unless management in their role of leadership is willing to develop a morality or sense of ethics, how can you start with a group that employees but a small portion of the workers? When management is willing to screw the entire country in their reckless gambling .......get mine while the gettin is good ......any argument to pick on the working stiff just sounds crazy to me.
