hello hawk, re <<that would pay for a small walk-in closet in one of your HK apartments>>

i am happy to report that hong kong real estate continues to be resilient, even robust, and in truth still increasing in worth, because refugees from all over, amongst those with a true choice as opposed to the folks of n.korea or people of mexico, continue to recognize value. what was x mid-year 2009 is now 1.5x, and what was an unreasonable but acceptable rent bid in november of 2009 is now common place monthly revenue.

the below freedom hk apartment was astutely engaged with mid-year 2009 Message 25865450 <<... added ... to hk real estate ... at exorbitant cost ... psychological pleasure ... gold that yields>>

and rented after renovation to upwardly mobile british empire refugee, a gold trader and his young family, just so Message 26129636 <<... executed preliminary OCEAN front apartment lease agreement ... renter applicant ... gold trader ... is paying 32% above what i initially reckoned ... the offer had everything to do with the OCEAN view and across the street sand. a gold trader with good taste, and attitude of big swinging dangling bits...>>

slow down? what slow down?
