Actually it was started by Anderson Cooper on a CNN broadcast -

“It’s hard to talk when your teabagging” — his crude, 7-word comment heard ’round the world. Teabagging — for those of you who may have missed the kerfluffle last month or who don’t live in a frat house — refers to a sexual act involving part of the male genitalia and a second person’s face or mouth.

Anderson Cooper was asked about the nasty one-liner oddly enough at a lecture series held at UCLA in honor of Daniel Pearl, the journalist for the WSJ killed in the months following 9/11.

Cooper said he regretted making the “stupid, silly” comment saying this about the viral attention it received:

“If people took offense to that and felt that I was disparaging their legitimate right to protest, and what they were doing, then that is something I truly regret, because I don’t believe in doing that,” he said. “Having this discussion just takes away from the real story.”

Anderson Cooper is correct - those of us in the center should be above the silly name calling.

:-)

It's a good look for that guy. Not everyone can look fabulous with a tea bag dangling in front of their face, but that guy looks adorable.
