tort reform.

insurance companies have a 3.8% profit margin, ranked 88th in all industries. So there are 87 more evil industries. Time to go after them

Vilifying insurance company execs by politicians is nothing more than cheap populism all done for show.

We need more competition in the insurance sector, not some phony baloney politician spouting off about executive pay, bonuses and perks.

Public insurance companies have stockholder's to answer to as well.

Congress is so poorly run that our expectations are realistic. We expect very little from them except them spending time posturing their parties and worrying about re-elections. They are terrible at their jobs.

The plan proposed was ill conceived and therefore has run into serious problems because of their lack of leadership and planning...this is the worst Congress in my lifetime.

Congress did nothing about health care reform and, sure enough, the problem got much worse during the year they did nothing.
