Get real. There is absolutely no evidence the sky would have fallen. There is so much evidence its ridiculous that you would even bring it up. But then we know how the facts are anathema to Rs.

Durable Goods Orders Rise 3% in January on Transportation 2/25/2010 8:34 AM EST New orders for manufactured durable goods in January increased $5.2 billion, or 3.0%, to $175.7 billion, the U.S. Census Bureau said. This was the second consecutive monthly increase and followed a 1.9% December increase. Excluding transportation, new orders decreased 0.6%. Excluding defense, new orders increased 1.6%. Transportation equipment, up four of the last five months, had the largest increase, $6.0 billion or 15.6% to $44.8 billion. This was led by non-defense aircraft and parts, which increased $4.0 billion.
