Yea, that's what I mean.. if Fannie eats toxic stuff and writes it off the whole thing is inflationary... ie. Fed bought them for cash and took the hit (OK fannie takes hit, same thing).

My point with this whole thing is:

Is the political climate changing (Republicans wanting actual accountability) and the monitization halting?
