They won't get a chance to work on the rest because if healthcare goes under, the Reps in Congress will have their Waterloo and continue to pursue a route back to power that includes strolling over the broken remnants of the evil Obama presidency. And you seriously think they would sit down and vote for enough incremental reforms in healthcare to make the slightest bit of difference? What signs have they shown that they want anything Obama does to succeed at all? I haven't seen any, just endless reasons why Obama must be wrong on everything and they are right even if they have almost no actual plans to do anything about anything. People forget it was this bunch of clowns who sat back and did NOTHING while Wall Street and the health insurers and the credit card companies and all the rest went completely crazy at Main Street's expense. We know EXACTLY how much real reform they get passed given the opportunity: --Unfunded wars --Unfunded Medicare extensions --Unfunded tax cuts --Total failure to address Social Security or immigration Make Washington fail and let corporate America do as they like, that's what their program comes down to, issue by issue. Proof of that is in their own words every day. If someone can point to contrary examples from the leading Republicans, please post them.
