>> Why not a medical bankruptcy provision in health care reform?

Contrary to popular belief (and the bogus Harvard study) medical costs are not a huge contributor to personal bankruptcies.

It is one of the liberal, demagogic lies that has been used by the Left on this issue.

One problem yet to be addressed by any healthcare proposal is that of family financial ruin over illness. Given Obama's notion that "No one in America should go broke because they get sick," you'd think this would be a prime component of his plan. Instead, it's a problem ignored.

So this fellow would add a provision to Obama's health care bill, which protects people via mandated nsurance, from bankruptcy that results from LACK OF INSURANCE.

Another brilliant conservative!
