Pass the buck. Gary Johnson, in my eyes, is flat out responsible. I don't care how big you company is, when you step in as CEO, its is your job to ensure that the company is running properly. Nothing could be as important as the accurate reporting of financial statements, recognition of revenues, to wall street, since we all know now how badly they punish you if you have a problem. (Let alone a bad product mix, bad management and declining margins).

That is simply the responsibility he assumed in taking the job. I congratulate the ex-cfo for leaving. Helped the company make record highs, saw the problems, didn't want to fall with the ship. Good for him. The day i saw he left, you had to know there was trouble coming. Good personnel don't leave great companies. NETM, could there be a worse stock? They shouldhave gotten the CFO from Centennial, i thinkhe is looking for a position.

Anyway, good luck to all. Everyone, don't forget. There are other good companies out there with excellent prospects. Dont fall in love with this thing. Its like being in an abusive relationship.
Regards,
steve
