Well as managers of my capital

As a "member of the board" I can assure you that the incidence of
managers acting on behalf of their investors is probably lower than
you would wish. It is for this reason alone that stock options
have value......... (though this also accounts for a certain amount
of the game playing that also goes on).

Sigh.......
