No question, something is in the works.

They have done their best to demonetize gold and are now looking for something to take its place at the heart of the system that can be controlled and manipulated without giving seniorage to anyone.

Best guess: may be a currency basket with a loose tie to gold.

No one wants to be constrained on issuance in times of "emergency".

After all, inflation is a tax that can be imposed on everyone without consent or a vote. It is a powerful tool of government. Why give it up if you dont have to.

That's his idea. G-20 will decide
