The numbers are not important dingus....you of little intellect are easily misdirected....its the purpose of the bills which determines whether "reconciliation" is permissible.

Of course, pinhead, using reconciliation to get tax cuts for the rich is much more appropriate than using it to get health care reform for poor Americans.
