I agree with you. El Nino predicted to be over on May 31st 1 day before the start of the 2010 Hurricane season starts. Just in time.lol

I happen to think Buffet is spot on and not because it's EXACTLY what I've been saying.

Perhaps your analysis would have greater efficacy if you broke it down region by region.

Your statement implies that housing in Tulsa, OK is correlated to housing in Riverside, CA.
