I'm well aware of what's it's called. And I stand by what I said. Besides, you would like to preserve economic commentary for only economists? How's that been workin' out? You can throw 90% of economists out the window and be better off.
Just look at their record in recent years.

Not being an Economista is a plus. Bernanke and Greenspan are economists and look how they fubared us.

You make the mistake of thinking that because one does not have a formal education in the subject, they have nothing important to offer. I have followed Mish for years. I can tell you this is calls on the market and the economy have been better than most of the Harvard super educated economists that I suppose you would consider to have qualifications.
