I was trying to explain something I knew very little about. I was trying to tie the ability to shrink budget deficits to health care reform and show that there can be no meaningful reform without people who know a lot about the subject. I was quoting from Peter Orszag's Congressional testimony on health care reform when he was still the director of the Congressional Budget Office. ...and then all the weeds came out and the wheels fell off...
