Congratulations! Hey, just to think of an example, a guy like Socrates didn't learn what he knew from going to college and majoring in philosophy. Y'know, it's opined that Socrates, and his student, Plato, were both inclined towards authoritarian government, particularly rule by philosophers: en.wikipedia.org One has to admire Mish for having spent time in trenches... It's certainly more work than Socrates or Plato engaged in. It's like Military Officers... I always held more respect for Officers who had spent a few years as enlisted, and especially former NCOs.
