Swan, accepted. You think they did it wrong, and I think they did it about the way they had to. Perhaps it should have been done differently and more slowly --- but then the present government would have had less leeway in this downturn.

If one takes the contrarian position (i.e., oppose the majority of voters) perhaps you're right. Maybe there was a better way to do it:
