Mohan, I do not see any statistically significant relationship between stocks and bonds in the last few weeks - it's seems to be all over the place. I did go short (SPY) again this morning with a tight stop. I looked at puts, but the premiums were too rich for me and I didn't have enough short term conviction to go with them. I think that the reflex rally is over (at least that's what a couple of my indicators say) and the realities of Asia will begin to sink in. Hopefully the dipsters have had enough time to BUY, BUY, BUY ... -g-.
