Once a year sometimes more, I reboot especially after installing the new AV and then I hope for the best. It's an overclocking problem. The reason i don't want to reboot is because often when I do I can't see the screen, its dark. Hitting the reset button sometimes works.

I don't update windows. I see no reason to if things are running fine.
