Agreed that Martin deserves no credit. Right place, right time.

I give credit to Deng and Reagan for opening up the Chinese economy and helping bring down the wall. Those actions opened up new markets with billions of consumers and countless new opportunities. Tax authorities in the west harvested the windfall from increased business activity.

Billy Clinton and all other western leaders didn't have to work particularly hard :0
